Hi all, I lost a shed load on Gym Lipo, Have been a bad boy and put nearly 2 stone back on.

So back on the SS but trying cambridge this time as the flavours/choice seem nicer than Lipotrim.

First few days are hard but it does get better.

The bars on CD are soooo yummy and the mix-a-mousse help bulk out a shake both from week 3.

So far so good really, am on day 4 using 3 or 4 sachets a day without feeling too hungry.

Usual feeling cold, very smelly wee and breath, and pissing like a horse.

Loving the taste of the shakes though and the soups are lush, the leek and potato with a bit of pepper is divine. But the brocolli and cheese smells, tastes and looks like vomit.
 
I have to agree on the broccoli and stilton - not loving the spicy tomato either! Oriental chilli is nice though and chicken and mushroom. Love apple and cinnamon porridge too!
