Ericawales1982 food diary

Today I weighed 14 stone and 13lbs losing 3 1/2 lbs (Last Tuesday weighed 15stone and 2 1/2 lbs
Dont know how I lost it but I did it :)

Breakfast
Chocolate Weetabix, whole milk (just enough to cover weetabix)
mug of tea, dash of milk, and little bit of Aldi - The Pantry - Sweetner

Lunch
Salmon pate sandwich (2 thick white slices) with lettuce, cup of tea with sweetner

Tea
oven cooked chicken burger, oven nothing on (no oil or spray), half tin of spaghetti, and cup of tea

Snacks
Good Food
Banana 2
stawberry

Bad Food
Creame Egg

Breakfast

Lunch
1/2 tin of spaghetti on 2 thick white un buttered toast, mug of tea

Tea
pasta and pasta sauce, mug of tea

Supper Snacks
Good Food - strawberries
Bad Food - Creme Egg - salt and shake crisps

Breakfast
2 chocolate weetabix, whole milk, mug of tea with sweetner (sweetner is not very nice as sugar, but aslong as it works to make me enjoy a cuppa and strawberries with it on, then its healthier than normal sugar)

Lunch
Scrambled egg x 2 - no milk - 1x smoked bacon, 1x unsmoked bacon, - cooked in spray oil - no fat, mug of tea, pear and an apple.

Tea
Chicken, roast pots, salad, 1 teaspoon of salad cream, mug of tea.

Snacks
Banana at 10.30am

packet noodles, mug of tea

Tea
1/2 tin of tomatoes, mash - no milk or butter, ham, mug of tea

Snacks
bananas x 2
salt and shake crisps

Breakfast
2 chocolate weetabix, whole milk, mug of tea, banana.

Lunch
low fat cheese slice toastie, lettuce, spring onion, table spoon of normal salad cream, salt and shake crisps, mug of tea.

Tea
handful of chicken pieces cooked in frying spray, bean sprouts (handful), and egg noddles (handful), few drops of worestershire sauce

Snacks

2 chocolate weetabix, with semi milk, mug of tea, banana

Lunch
2 lightly butter cheese toastie - low fat, lettuce, celery, skips, mug of tea, half bottle of water, tbs of salad cream, banana

Tea
handful bean sprouts, handful rice noodles, jacket potato, and beans,

Snacks
Good - banana at breakfast, lunch
Bad - skips 4 syns

3 1/2 handfuls of cornflakes, cut up banana on top with sweetner, mug of tea.

Chicken dinner, mug of tea

ham 4 slices, mash pots - no milk or butter, egg, slice of bread no butter, mug of tea

Breakfast cornflakes, banana, semi milk, mug of tea

Lunch (low fat)cheese and onion toastie, lettuce, celery, salt and shake crisps,mug of tea

Tea rice noodles, and bean sprouts - handful - jacket potato, beans, mug of tea

7/8pm snack mug of tea salt and shake crisps

syns - opps 2 creme eggs
