    So, after following extra easy for four weeks and losing not that much I decided to start following red and green instead with a couple of EE instead and lost 3lbs this week! Overjoyed. So I have decided to start a food diary to keep myself on track and also maybe give you some ideas. :)

    Tuesday 17th August - Red
    B - bran flakes (HEXB), Semi skimmed milk (HEXA), blueberries
    L- salad w/ beetroot, tomato, radish, cucumber, yellow pepper, tuna, boiled egg, FF salad dressing. Strawberries, muller light vanilla w/ choc sprinkles, nectarine
    Snack - 2 apples
    D - piece of frying steak, 198g new potatoes with skin (HEXB), courgettes, green beans, 2 gherkins, 2 tbsp reggae reggae sauce. 3 mini babybels light (HEXA), cvadburys chocolate moussse light, honeydew melon.

    Wednesday 18th August - Red

    B - Bran Flakes (HEXB) Semi Skimmed milk (HEXA), blueberries
    L - SW Quiche with tuna and bacon tomatoes and mushrooms, salad w/ radishes, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes, red pepper. Muller light vanilla w/ choc sprinkles. 2 apples. 1 nectarine. 3 mini babybels (HEXA).
    S - 12th of Morrisons Toffee Cheesecake (6 syns), options hot choc mint flavour (2.5 syns)

    D - Chicken and veg hotpot (Chicken breast, courgettes, mushrooms, carrots, swede, all chopped up and put in casserole dish w/ salt and pepper and chicken bovril stock - cover and cook for 1 hour at 200) 35g dried weight wholemeal pasta (HEXB), broccolli. Muller light vanilla w/ choc sprinkles.

    Thursday 19th August - Red

    B - Bran Flakes (HEXB) Semi Skimmed milk (HEXA), blueberries
    L - SW Quiche with tuna and bacon tomatoes and mushrooms, salad w/ radishes, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes, red pepper. Muller light vanilla w/ choc sprinkles. 1 apple. 1 nectarine. 3 mini babybels (HEXA).
    S - Muller light orange w/choc sprinkles. 1 teeth and lips sweet (1 syn)

    D - Chicken and veg hotpot (Chicken breast, courgettes, mushrooms, carrots, swede, all chopped up and put in casserole dish w/ salt and pepper and chicken bovril stock - cover and cook for 1 hour at 200) 35g dried weight wholemeal pasta (HEXB), broccolli, green beans, 2 gherkins.

    Friday 20th August - Extra Easy

    B -
    Bran Flakes (HEXB) Semi Skimmed milk (HEXA), blueberries
    L - Jacket potato with baked beans, Minestrone Mug Shot.
    D - Went for tapas - had bean stew (aubergine, pepper, beans in tomato sauce), seafood paella and anchoves in vinagrette.

    Total syns - I will say 20 to account for the oil the tapas was cooked in - sure it wouldn't be this much but just to be on the safe side!

    D - mixed grill - piece of frying steak, 3 rashers lean bacon, 3 quorn sausages, 198g new potatoes (HEXB), 2 fried eggs. 3 mini light babybels (HEXA). 2 tbsp Heinz deli mayonnaise with garlic (9)

    L - Green lentil and spinach curry (green lentils, spinach, carrot, courgette, onion, garlic) w / white rice and fat free natural yoghurt. 0.5tsp extra virgin olive oil (HEXB). quarter of a galia melon.
    S - Jazz apple
    D - eggs baked in onion, garlic, red and green pepper and passata. 0.5tsp extra virgin olive oil (HEXB). Minestrone mug shot. 3 Mikado sticks (1.5). Options caramel hot chocolate (2.5)

    L - Pasta quiche (made with half packet morrisons eat smart chicken garlic and white wine pasta sauce, quarter tub morrisons eat smart cottage cheese w/ chives, 1.5 eggs), salad w/ radishes, cucumber, tomato, spring onion. Muller light vanilla w / choc sprinkles. 1 nectarine. 1 apple. 2 Alepn light bars (HEXB). 3 mini babybel lights (HEXA).
    D - quorn toad in the hole (3.5 quorn sausages (3.5) made w/ half packet batter mix (1.25), SW chips, green beans, brocolli. 1tbsp heinz deli garlic mayo (4.5). 4 mikado sticks (2)

    Soooo... Thursday - Sunday were a bit of a blur, went to a festival and pretty much ate and drank what I wanted! Was terrified of WI last night but STILL lost 3.5lbs! To say I was shocked is somewhat of an understatement.... So I will start again as from Monday 30th August.
