So, after following extra easy for four weeks and losing not that much I decided to start following red and green instead with a couple of EE instead and lost 3lbs this week! Overjoyed. So I have decided to start a food diary to keep myself on track and also maybe give you some ideas. :)

Soooo... Thursday - Sunday were a bit of a blur, went to a festival and pretty much ate and drank what I wanted! Was terrified of WI last night but STILL lost 3.5lbs! To say I was shocked is somewhat of an understatement.... So I will start again as from Monday 30th August.
