Okay I am back.

This is my old diary

Since January 2009 then I have gained 18lb :(

SO I am determined to lose it all again plus more!

Here's my intro again;

Right firstly I will give you an insight into who I am

My name is Jo, I'm 27yrs old and I have 4 kids (5 if you include the DP :p). Robbie 8.5, Billy 6.5, Isabella 4.5 and Harry 2.5.
We live in SE London.

I have 47lb to lose to get to my target weight, and I hope to do this by Christmas 2010!

I lost 3stone in a year last time so I am sure I can do it again!!

Okay yesterday was a bit hard...I kept wanting to snack on onion bharjis that we have in the fridge, but I was good and only had 3 (they were mini ones). No idea how much calories were in them but I didn't go over my allowance.

Here's what I ate yesterday

Breakfast
Kelloggs - Coco Pops With Milk, 30 g with 125ml milk 175 cals
Twinings - Green Tea, 1 Tea Bag (2g) 0 cals

Lunch
Kingsmill - White Bread, 2 Medium Slice 186 cals
Tesco - Cheddar Cheese, 60 g 258 cals
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! - Original, 1 Tbsp 70 cals
Twinings - Green Tea, 1 Tea Bag (2g) 0 cals

Dinner
Fray Bentos - Steak & Onion Pie, 1/2 pie cooked 331 cals
Fresh - New Potatoes, 100 g 75 cals
Tesco - Baked Beans, 1/2 tin 140 cals
Twinings - Green Tea, 1 Tea Bag (2g) 0 cals

The cheese was very bad, I didn't actually weigh it so I don't know how much I actually had but it was only enough for one sandwich (thinly sliced) so I guessed 60g.

Today is going to be better though, no more cheese LOL

Nope, doesnt sound silly, i find writing on here is keeping me motivated, its great to get something you know will work and that you can keep an eye on or ensure you do.... keep on counting :))

Okay I started my diet in June 2008 and I was 15st 3lb...



And this is me in December 2008...



I lost a total of 3stone.

But unfortunatly I gained 18lb so I am back on the journey!

Me now (February 2010) weighing 13st 2lb



So I am more than ever determined to get back onto the dieting wagon and not slip like before!!

Oh dear...I kinda slipped today.

Was doing well though, Thursdays is coffee morning day...I took my own green teabags, refused ham and cheese toasties. Then afterwards it was PTA meeting...my friend opened her truffles that she was given, I had just 1.

Had another green tea.

Went to wholesalers to get supplies for Valentines Disco (which was taking place after school, run by us), Harry wanted to eat Quavers...so I opened a packet for him. I didn't have any.

Got back to school, bagged up sweets for disco. I didn't touch one.

Then it was lunchtime, we was all getting a bit hungry so my friend's hubby went to the chip shop and bought us all a portion of chips each...

OOPS!!!

Harry did help me to eat mine though, but I had a chip butty (mmmmmmmmmmmm).

Boy did I enjoy them chips, been wanting chippy chips for a few days now LOL.

Saying that though I didn't have brekkie...but I have no idea how many calories are in chippy chips!!

Disco time, I had a few Love Heart sweeties and I knicked a couple of Bill's chips (we served up chips for the kids to eat).

Came home at 6pm and ended up having the custard donut I didn't have ysterday plus a handful of Quavers and a packet of WeightWatchers biscuits :(

I was starving.

Got indian and tex mex buffet stuff tonite, have to use it up to make room in the freezer.

So well over my calories today I think. Not even sure I'm gonna bother adding them up, I'll only depress myself.

Oh well, tomorrow is another day, as they say.
