Evil alcohol

    Hey guys

    I seem to have no problem sticking to plan and so determined until I see the wine and then all my hard work goes down the drain:(

    The first 5 weeks of CD last year I didn't drink at all I think I hated the way I looked so much I was so determined to change. Since then it's been on and off with nights out in-between. I am now a good size but I'm just a few pounds from my ultimate wedding-honeymoon goal and I really want to get to goal to be able to say I did it and not feel like I quit just like the other times!!

    I only have 6 weeks to lose the 7lbs and at my best I lose a pound a week or 1.5 a week so I need to get on track RIGHT now!!!

    Anyone else stuggle with alcohol and socialising? I only drink a couple of times a week at the most so not a heavy drinker at all but it always effects my loss even if I have been 100% I always either gain or STS :-(
