hi there
i have posted before but not many times.i have been doing ee now for 2 weeks and am quite dissappointed to have only lost 3lb. :cry:1st week i lost 1 and half and looking back maybe did cheat a little, but this week i have stuck rigidly to it and only had 10 syns a day plus had 3x30 mins on wii fit. can any 1 think of a reason for this and also would i maybe be better going onto red and green?:sigh:
