Exante and exercise/the gym....

I'm doing a month of exante before heading back to calorie counting and just wondering about how my gym sessions are going to work whilst on it. I go 3 times a week for an hour and in that time I do C25K (running) and about 15-20 minutes of strength training. Question is, is this going to be too much on exante? I know 20 minutes a day is recommended but in those gym sessions I usually burn 900-1100 calories and exante is only 600 a day, so maybe it's too much? Any thoughts or experiences you could share would be greatly appreciated!
 
I think it's a personal choice. I haven't stopped exercising however this diet can hit you quite hard so try take it easy at first and build it up. Listen to your body and when you feel it's too much stop. Good luck lovely :) xxx
