Exante arrives tomorrow

I just couldn't justify the cost of w8 vs Exante, and I'm struggling with my 4th pack, so I've ordered an Exante shake multi pack and 28 bars and I'm going to give it a go for a month. I reckon that if I don't like it or get on, I'll go back to w8 and use the shakes up when I'm hopefully maintaining for a while over the summer.

So, here goes month 2 starting a new plan. Luckily I don't have to worry about getting into ketosis, I'll see how it goes x

Good luck with it! I have done Cambridge Diet in the past but I find the Exante shakes much easier to make and they're really tasty! The bars are nice too. I don't think much of the soups but the shakes are lush. Enjoy!! Xx
