What is the reason that you can only have 1 a day? The number of calories are the same as the other packs so not quite sure why this would be. Anyone know?

I think it's the number of carbs in it - more than 1 a day could take u out of ketosis

It can have a laxative effect if you have more than one

I sometimes have more than one a day and have been fine, I love them more than the shakes and convenience sometimes mean I have to x
