Starting exante today. I've finally had enough of disordered eating, and have decided to make a change. I have been on numerous diets, but the problem has always been that I binge on 'allowed' foods. I think that I just need to take food out of the equation for a while. I have PCOS, and the added weight is DEFINATELY not helping. I need to be accountable for what I have done to my body, and feel empowered to make a change.
