    Hi everyone i have been reading a lot of good reviews about kettle bells has anyone tried this form of exercise?

    I have kettleworx which is a fab programme, go to amazon and read the reviews.

    Its a 20min prog to do 3 times a week and you get fab results. But as you'll see in the reviews it is like a cut and paste video, where he doesn't complete a workout, rather he edits together a load of exercises to make it 20mins. Don't let this put you off, I dont think it's important for the video to look great, think it's how it works on you!

    Price wise, it can be expensive new, try pricing it on eBay.

    Ive had a lot if exercise DVDs over the yrs, I love this, 30day shred and Solomon ultimate yogalates. 3 things you'll ever need

    thankyou fizzy fluff i bought a cheap bell from sainsbury for starters do you need 1 or 2 bells?
