hello to everyone
im a newbie to this site and have just ordered my shakes so a september challenge seems like a great way to start i will cautiously put myself down for 14lbs, although i will be starting on monday as have long train journeys over the weekend and with all the water i will be drinking could get ugly :-D
I'm up for this - would love to lose a stone but feel that's maybe a bit too ambitious and would be setting myself up for a fall so going to aim for 10lbs - I have 4 weigh ins this month so that's and average of 2.5lbs per week...
could i please join, on day one today so not sure what to say? i will say a stone and half as u usually have a good week first time, as i eat well ate junk all time lol!!! so make it a bit more of a challenge,
