Fab & Fit For Florida

i know your not really supposed to weigh yourself but...

when i started this on tues 20th i was 18st5lbs on my scales in the morning...

when i met cdc in the afternoon i was 18st 3lbs...

anyway i sneakily weighed myself this morning and i am 17st5lbs - which means by my scales i have lost a stone in 12 days!

i'm scared though because when i go see cdc on tuesday, i've got a feeling i won't have lost a stone by her scales....

it's sooooo hard when readings are different

Thats fab! i always go with my own scales and not cdc's as we r always about 2/3lbs of a difference. Make a decision on which scales u r taking it from and make that ur "official" weigh in!!
A stone in 12 days is amazing!!! x

I weigh myself all the time at home keeps me motivated - just think at most your scales should only vary 2-3lbs from cdc so either way havent you done brill

well done on your loss

That's fab and even if there is a little difference between your scales it's still gonna be a brilliant loss!
