    Heyy just wanted to know that if i go to the gym every other day for a hard cardio session would it help or stall me ?

    all exercise helps. you might get a water gain day after when muscles repair themselves but that will soon go and more. Go for it!

    Have you started the diet? If not, he doesn't recommend anything too strenuous in attack, but thereafter no worries.
