Exercise and Lipotrim??

Although I am overweight I have always been a regular at the gym, I just ate more to make up the calories I burned off!!

No one has mentioned exercise to me but I am only on day 1!!

I have been to the gym today, continuing with my normal routine, is this ok?

Don't want to make myself ill.

You need to take it easy for the first week as your body will be adjusting to burning stored fat...you will feel weak and tired on the head up to ketosis usually worse on day 3 - 5 after that, just listen to your body if you feel like exercising go for it...when you feel tired stop! Also make sure you up your water to compensate for the water lost while exercising and you wont be plauged by dizzy spells, passing out or feeling sick ..
LT gives you around 400 cals a day, after that you will be buring your stored fat and your body will turn this in to calories..so in essence you are on as many calories as you need a day xxx
Good luck with your first week - don't forget to keep your water between min 4 pints...maximum 10 pints a day, as well as the water you have in your shakes xx
