Does anyone do regular workouts on Atkins?

The reason I ask is I go to the gym on a twice a week and went yesterday for the first time since starting Atkins.

It felt alot harder than usual, and walking home I had jelly legs!
Usually when I leave the gym I feel refreshed and energised but I felt exhausted like I'd just carried a piano up some stairs and was almost sick.
I've also just purchased a multi-weight gym and cross trainer for home so I can work out every day.

Do u think it is because I am getting used to eating this way or is Atkins and hard exercise not a great mix?

You just need to take it handy for a week or so to let your body adjust hun.
