Are you losing any inches? It could be that you are losing fat but gaining muscle. Just keep doing what you're doing and build up your strength so that you can cycle for longer.
How long have you been doing it for?

I bought a cheap set of mini weights to use with my bike to tone my chest, arms and stomach at the same time and that seems to be working well. I hold the weights up in various different positions for a few minutes while taking it easy with a steady pace on my bike :) lost 3ibs in 2 days by doing this along with slimming world and the 30 day planking challenge!

I've not measured myself for a while so I'll do that tomorrow. I've been doing it 2 weeks now.

If you're back is in decent condition I really recommend the planking thing. It tones just about every part of your body and really knocks the inches off. Google image search 30 day plank challenge. It's easy to do and you start only having to hold the position for 30 seconds a day :)

It usually takes a few weeks to start showing, when you first start exercising you retain a little water while your muscles become accustomed to it and make repairs to the slight damage done at the beginning. Once you're over that the weight should start to come off, it took me about 3 weeks when I used my exercise bike, I used to do an hour every day x
