Exercise Challenge - August 2011

i just like the trainer dude- he's more encouraging than the yoga/muscle trainers,lol

my get up and go has got up and gone- i really want to do another half an hour....

anyone found it? i kinda needs it :(

Lol, I wanted to do more of the boxing, but hubby won't sod off to bed, keeps watching some boring films lol.... not on when I could be sweating my butt off right now ..jeez xx lol

the cat is currently asleep right where i plan on dancing....and she's too cute to move :(

ugg....i really feel like i should be doing more- i have not done well this week- after my meal out thursday, i just picked on saturday and didnt do much better today :( really want to comfort eat but i know thats bad stuff!

*le sigh* i know- just feeling a bit *blah* and i havent lost much this week (in the last 6 days i lost 1lb, and i cant remember what clothes on i had last week)

i know nothing matters until weigh in, but i am uber obsessive...and i wanna do well. i have 5 sotw magnets- i want the other 5! and i need to get it before i get to the point where i only lose 1/2lb-1lb a week at best!

imma go do some dancing :) (quietly though- cus mum be sleeping right upstairs)

I know what you mean hun, it gets me down sometimes when I have worked my butt off and got nothing to show for it...like last week...how the hell do I put weight on like that, if I had been really naughty or even not so naughty, but we take pills hun and they don't agree with weight loss sometimes, and why should you always go without the things you like, have them occasionally I say but not often and then draw a line under it, but that's just 1 thing ...no comfort eating cos you know you won't stop, well if you're as much like me as I think you are
I keep looking at the bigger picture, do I want to undo all the good work i've done, NO, do I want to go back to what I was HELL NO, is this a race NO, is it a way of life for the rest of my life YES ....then in that case I have to take the good with the bad and that means if i lose 1/2lb so be it, better than putting that 1/2lb back on and keeping it on !!!

sometimes things can be blamed on water retention, hormones, or meds, sometimes it cant be explained :(

im glad i treated myself because its like "hey- this is my treat for reaching that milestone" ive decided that i want to treat myself for every "smiley face" i get (aka- for every time i get under the next "stone" mark) next one- under 19 stone, and im going to go the chippy with my brother (who just moved out- and i misses him already :( ) but he lives about.... a half hour cycle ride from the best chippy in the north west, lol.

no, i wouldnt be able to stop- its like, there are crisps in the kitchen, bread, cheese, etcetc....i could just go crazy, but really- will it be worth it? hell no! i'll do it then literally weep in a corner somewhere willing myself not to purge (maybe a little tmi there :\) but yeah- it is looking about what ive done, and the journey i have ahead- that i can do it (we can do it ;) ) and the way im feeling now isnt the way im going to feel forever (as my sponsor keeps telling me lol)
