Exercise dvds

You are motivating me to get the shred out, did it last summer and the effects were great, I found level 2 the toughest, I really enjoyed level 3 and carried on doing it for weeks afterwards. Really noticed my arms and tummy became toned. Why oh why did I stop?? Back on it this weekend :)
 
Day 2 shred completed. I find it hard, but I'm confident it will tone me up. Not only that, but I'm sure it will get a little easier as we count down the days....
 
Just to say for those of us with disabilities - I can't jump, run or do intensive workouts - the step game and some of the others on the wii fit are gentle and fun. Step aerobics with weighs isn't a bad light work out.
 
Actually moon lights. I thought about this while doing my Josie DVD anyone with a disability wouldn't be able to do that, it is quite intense
