You can start once you are in week 3 but take it easy to begin with and build up slowly. The most important thing is to remember to listen to your body and stop if it tells you to. Its a good idea to havfe a half a pack before you go and up your water intake.

I started today. Went to the pool and swam and exercised pretty solidly for 45 mins. I felt fine whilst doing it and I still feel fine. I'm in the middle of my third week.

Thank you all for replying.

I think I will actually start exercising and drink at lots of water. Does drinking half a shake give you more energy? I am thinking of doing cardio to start off with but my concern will I still loose body fat?
