Exercise on WI day?

I really want to go to the gym tomorrow but I weigh in at 7.00pm.... do you find a gym workout makes you appear heavier on the scales? Or the opposite?
 
I have been doing the 30 day shred and I haven't noticed any workout related gain, but if you're going to do it regularly, i can't see the prob, cause if you gain this week you'll lose it next. :)
 
Didn't get to go in the end as I had my injections for my trip to Ethiopia and to say I had a dead arm is an understatement. Still killing me 3 days later!
