Exercise plan help?

OK so I'm figuring that after my first few weeks on ww my body is probably going to get used to it and my losses will probably get less than I've been getting :sigh: That mixed in with the fact that I will have a lot of free time on my hands cos I'm finished work for the summer. So instead of sitting on my bum for two months I'm concocting a plan for exercising.

I've got 30 day shred, Chalean Xtreme, and Zumba cardio party. Should I do all three at the same time if I'm able? I just want to get the most out of what I'm doing with ww and trying to get myself into exercising more.

Like my plan is Zumba in the morning, Shred in the afternoon and Chalean in the evening.

Zumba is like 40 minutes cardio, Shred is only like 20-30 minutes and Chalean is about 40 minutes too. So give or take thats like 2 hours a day.

Also chalean is ony 5 days a week the other days I think I might go for a walk or double up on zumba cos I have a class once a week.

Thoughts? Opinions?

30 day shred is Jillian Michaels work out plan, it has three phases or levels, its interval training with cardio and weight training, Chalean extreme is interval training too and it has three different levels same as 30 day shred but I think its harder than shred.

Do you exercise now? If not start with one. I did the Mel b exercise game on the xbox for the first time last Tuesday, only 30 minutes and was sick after! I have been told to do it 3 times a week and leave a day in-between. My body isn't used to it and I must say the day after I could barely walk.

I would say, if you have time on your hands to spare over the summer, get out in the fresh air. Walking is great exercise, and can be done at varying intensities. It is so much better for you. But you do need time.
