Hi :)

Just wondering does anyone find weeks that you exercising more you loose more?

It made a massive difference to me. First week I lost 7lbs and did no exercise. Second week I went to the gym once and lost 6lbs. Third week I went to the gym on the Monday and Tuesday (burning about 1200 calories total according to the dial on the treadmill/rowing machine) and have already lost 6lbs by Wednesday.
 
Hi, exercise definately works but just listen to your body. If you start to feel weak or sick then stop straight away. At the end of the day you're burning calories that you don't have so I'd avoid it for the first couple of weeks until your body adjusts to the changes! Also avoid bikram yoga (yoga in a sauna) my sis did it while on LT and fainted so be careful! ;-)
