I seem to have hurt my knee recently - think the long shifts on my feet are having a big impact on this, as is my weight!
I can't so squats at all (which is a real bummer for me as I used to love using my kettlebell, and most of the exercises I did involved squatting) as it's just too painful, as is lifting my knee.
Does anyone know of any exercises I could do that won't impact on my knee? I do walk, which seems to be fine on my knee, but want to start increasing the exercise I do.
Any advice is appreciated!!
