Exercise

I go to the gym three times a week and do my Leslie Sansone 3 mile walk DVD twice a week
 
cmcewn - Blimey, well done on your weight loss! :clap: Did you exercise from the begining or a way into the plan?

If the former, did you notice the losses increased after taking up the exercise?
 
I didnt exercise for the first 10 weeks but my losses dropped down to 3, 4 and 5 pounds a week. Since going to the gym Im back up to 6 or 7. Ive lost a stone in the last two weeks and it looks like Ill be onto another 7 away tomorrow. My total then will be (fingers crossed) 100 pounds in 18 weeks.

I think it makes a difference, that and plenty of water. At least 4 litres a day.
 
Hey cmcecwn well done on your fantastic loss and in such a short space of time! Short of amputating a limb, I doubt its humanly possible to lose it any quicker!
Can I ask what you do in the gym - how long a programme do you have? And .... erm ... are you a man or a woman? And how much more do you want to lose? Come on don't be shy!
