I didnt exercise for the first 10 weeks but my losses dropped down to 3, 4 and 5 pounds a week. Since going to the gym Im back up to 6 or 7. Ive lost a stone in the last two weeks and it looks like Ill be onto another 7 away tomorrow. My total then will be (fingers crossed) 100 pounds in 18 weeks.
I think it makes a difference, that and plenty of water. At least 4 litres a day.
