Well this is day 14 of my diet and apart from one day i can honestly say that i am finding this easy
So tomorrow i am going to pump up the tyre's on the bike and start to exercise twice maybe 3 times a week to try and get the weight of as soon as possible
Weigh day tomorrow so hopefully that will inspire me futher to dat i think i am down 14lbs in two weeks so a futher 42 to go new re feed date jan 31st
