Go easy on yourself at first, hun. Do whatever feels right for you. If you are used to exercise it will probably be fine but don't go too mad! :D
I'm walking loads and swimming but if you feel like you have to lie down for a couple of hours afterwards then it's too much strain on your body. Hopefully, you will get some useful advice from the gym folks on here.

ive just posted the same thin! haha, i just want to burn some of the extra energy i have off on my WII. bought a zumba dvd too....also need something to occupy myself and the lack of shopping, cooking, eating and washing up has left me with so much spare time!!!

haha, i dont know why, but i feel better than i have done in ages! only day 3 though so im not counting my chickens yet!!

Tantan and I are doing couch to 5k challenge which is an iphone app that gets you from no exercise to a 5k run in 9 weeks. We have been going 3 times a week from the first week of lipotrim and we honestly feel fab! We are both doing the race for life in June - feel free to sponsor us!! x

ahh thanks :) think i will take it easy to start off with, i'm just planning 30mins 2-3 times a week for now x
