You can do light exercise but not during the first week as you need to let your body adjust to the new food. I do walk ups 6km (5.7km/h) 3/4 time s a week. I believe this help me to loose more, and keep me in good condition. I have checked with Lipotrim helpline and they said it's ok. Yeah definately not the first week.... i walk a lot also!!! Sometimes get heavy legs at the end of it!!! But i can live with that if it burns an extra few cals....

Just don't go doing anything too strenuous i reckon!!!
