Exercise

Hi apologies if this has been asked before but..
does anyone exercise on total solution? and if so how much? did my usual dvd last night and was left feeling a little lightheaded.
 
I have continued my regular exercise classes and have found it to be fine but I know advice from others has been to take it easy. Listen to your body.
 
Doing 10mins of cardio (cross trainer) + 20-30 mins of core, resistance & stretching 4 times a week.

Much more cardio makes me hungry, will wait till I'm eating normally again before I up it.
