I'm done in by time I get home from work too.
I come in, have dinner - get my jacket on and ipod out and back out I go. I'm walking 3 miles every night... I want to get fitter for a business trip to China in April when I'll need to walk about 10 miles a day - and also for riding for the summer season.
It's blooming cold tonight and I dont really fancy it - but all the same, I'm about to go get my gloves and jacket and ipod and out the door.
OH has been told - come 9.30pm (as long as it isnt tipping down) .... if I haven't already gone - I need my butt kicked out the back door !
I feel so much better for it when I come back.
I'm about to have a pint of water and then get my fluro fleece on...
