Firstly take it easy hun as you will have less energy, i waited quite a few weeks before starting toning exercises! They have really helped with my tum! I was worried about muscle weighing more than fat and therefore gaining weight! Didnt happen though hun i was fine xxx

Yes I agree just maybe a few brisk walks to start off with, I' ve got a date with Mr Motivator in 2 weeks when I get used to LT

I have just restarted taebo, i would strongly recommend that guys but prob not while still on LT its hard work lol xx

i miss the gym before this id go every weekday at work for an hr was gr8 bt i dnt wnt 2 weigh more so gna speak to the personal trainers so i can do toning exercises i tink thnx guys :)

But if you weigh more and look amazging, toned and completely gorg ...would weight matter as the inches would over take and your body shape would look fab!!!

Dont become a slave to the scales.......... I agree with Nicki, it matters more what you look like than what you weigh. Use a tape meausure AND the scales and if the inches are coming off in the right places your doing fine. Also you need to keep your cardio health up as well, I'm going to wait until I'm in ketosis and feel more enegetic before going back to the gym. I was there yesterday but stated LipoTrim today so probaly at the end of the week I'll go back.

I have been advised not to start exercising properly for another few weeks! Has your chemist told you you can do? They said i could do light walking until then:D

Also, i have just been speaking to my personal trainer friend .. and she says it takes a good while to gain muscle weight (a few months), most people say they have gained weight (muscle weight) through exercising when infact they have been exercising and increasing the amount of food as well. So its food weight and not muscle weight....so no need to worry xx

My pharmasist said I'd lose more weight doing weights rather then cardio. He explained why....something about fuel for a fire...lost me, but it sounded good lol. I agree...don't worry what the scales say. If your clothes are getting baggier and the inches are dropping off then you are doing things right. Good luck.

Yeah, the more muscle you have the more fat you burn even if you are doing nothing! And so you don't get short stubby muscles you should always do strecthes so they are long and lean..each stretch should be held for 30 seconds... Yoga is also fantastic for building muscle and toning the whole body

i used to go to the gym 3 times a week b4 LT and tried to carry it on but just didnt have the energy ,i use the toning tables now and again but walk at least 2 miles a day now,ive found it really benificial for my legs and bum and im planning to start back at the gym when im off the LT xx

Hey Nikki, no..... nobody said anything about excercise and after what I've read here and after my wobbly legs today I think I should find out for sure. I didnt realise I would feel so c****y. But I think if this passes and I FEEL OK then I'll go for it. I just feel better when I work out but I need to find out more about it.

Lill, how long had you been on LT before walking again? I see from your sig that youve been on it at least 12 weeks, so I guess I have a way to go yet lol

Lill, how long had you been on LT before walking again? I see from your sig that youve been on it at least 12 weeks, so I guess I have a way to go yet lol

i think they reckon a few days,,just to give your body a chance to adjust,,i went for a walk today on day 2 but thats because my son drivin me crazy and i had to get out lol,im startin aqua aerobics on mon,
