Exercise

I've been SSing for 6 weeks now and am thrilled with my weight loss. As the new term's begun, a lot of exercise classes are starting up again and I really fancy doing some aerobics - the class is differentiated for low/high impact so I'd obviously go for low impact. Is this ok on SS do you think, or will I collapse in a heap? The same instructor also does pilates, would I be better doing that?

I'm also interested in this. My son starts school tomorrow mornings only but as of 22nd Sept he'll be in until 3pm, and I finish work at 1pm. I rather fancy doing some hours at the gym, just low intensity stuff, nothing mad at all, to tone rather than lose weight.

you should be perfectly fine to exercise now hun, rule is you give it 2 weeks on ss and away you go.
you must watch yourself though and if you feel dizzy at all stop.
your body will let you know what you are able to handle and how far to push yourself.i have exercised since day one on ss+ and ive no excess skin as of yet,so thats the bonus of it,
good luck to you,
elaine
