I am going to get back into exercising on the Bike at home, I used to do 25 minutes daily but it fizzled out.

Im going to start by doing it every other day, would I benefit doing it on a red day or green day? or will it make no differance to weight loss.
 
in my opinion exercise is always good no matter what type of day your on, not only does it keep you busy and therefore out of the fridge but it also makes you feel good inside. well done you for starting and making that change

I agree with Monkeys bunny and exercise it good, I have started working towards my body magic now and I can feel the improvements already. Good luck
