Good Morning Super Slimmers,

Could anyone please confirm whether I can be doing aerobics exercise daily on the LL diet? I have heard so many conflicting messages on how much exercise to do, but wanted to do at least 30mins of aerobics/dancing around! every day. Do you think this would hurt?? :character00116:

Im doing well on the diet but want to start toning up a bit now!

Hi Laura,
I shouldn't be a problem at all so long as you don't push it too hard. I try to do something every day but can't push it nearly as hard as I used to before I started LL. I'm looking forward to eating so I have the energy to have a proper workout.
I definitely lose less in the weeks I don't do as much exercise (makes no sens I know!) but it puts me in a good mood so I keep going to the gym.
I think it's down to how you feel about it personally really. Keitosis means that exercise isn't as effective as when you've got food in your system but it keep your heart and lungs healthy and means you won't have to start from square on when you come off LL.
Good luck. I've got plenty of toning to do- look a bit like a deflated balloon at the moment. A far cry from my six pack and tight bum when I was 20!

I think that if you already exercise its okay but if you start to do a lot of aerobic work outs your likely to burn your calories and possible go into starvation where your body holds on to your fat stores.

Im not 100% thought, that was my understanding of it. I would suggest you do plenty walking and stretching, toning classes such as Pilates.
