Put your favourite song on really loud and dance around the house like a maniac!

It will release endorphins too so you'll probably feel hyped and ready to bounce around on your trampoline.... unless its outside and as windy there as it is here... maybe then it wouldn't be a good idea lol! :p

hey I took your advice. stuck Tragedy by steps on and got on trampoline and did all the actions, it was great fun!

I've got a dirty dancing workout dvd, not got round to doing it yet, sure my fella wouldn't mind me having a go!
