got my third weigh in tomorrow morning… and with dreaded week three i dunno how i am going to do…
i have been really good all week and have not deviated at all from my diet… i am really proud of myself and really want it to pay off tomorrow but after such good losses in weeks one and two i can’t see it happening…
got to have one of my porridges tonight… cinnamon and apple i think…
well… bring on tomorrow… let’s see what happens…

you've done all you can by being 100% so well done!!

week 3 often shows a smaller loss or even sts for some people so please dont be disheartened its your body getting used it it, keep at it and youll keep losing!

It is a funny old week is week 3, but looking at some of the losses on here it improves and becomes steady, slowly slowly wins the race.
