Hiya guys, im in my 4th week of atkins now and for the past 3 days i have been completely exhausted! My legs feel heavy n i just have zero energy, havent been to the gym for 2 days. Surely not atkins flu this late into the game?! :(

Unlikely to be atkins flu unless you had some sugar or sneaky carbs got in there? Otherwise there are a bunch of bugs around...hooe you feel better soon:)

Thanks, i think it may have just been a bug as i felt really nauseous yday too.

Speaking of sneaky carbs, i was at a party yday and they were serving indian food. I took two spoonfuls of the chicken curry when i realised it was LOADED with sugar.

I should be ok with plenty of water to flush it out right?! :(
