Hey ppl just wanna know wat average weight loss per month on slim and save , I'm thinkin of changing from lupotrim as it is slit cheaper too

Hey in my first 4 weeks I lost 20 pounds
My week 7 total is on track to be a loss of 25.5 pounds

Everyone varies though. But the losses are the same on all vlcds I think. I started doing Cambridge and losses are same as calories and carbs are the same! I only hav veg occasionally
