i find red best for me but i try to mix it up a little. i always got local sw approved butchers they do some very nice sausages. i always tend to use the asda 3 packs for a tenna chicken breasts. xx

Right well i have had my WI for this week and i lost 1.5lb which i feel is good 
I am sticking with Red for another week to see what happens next..... Plus i enjoy waiting to see the outcome (I wont be happy if no loss lol) Another 100% week ahead i am thinking ....Went to Harvester last night and just had a chicken breast with salad and syn'd some coleslaw.....yummy
