Extra Easy: First weigh in

Hi Sam c did you def follow it to plan, did you have the correct amount of super free with every meal, did you have your he a&b's everyday and weigh or measure them everyday, did you have enough syns everyday, did you drink 2 litres of water everyday, did you count dashes of milk in your tea and coffee as half a syn each time if not included in your hea, did you do some exercise? There have been weeks I have thought I have followed plan correctly but when look back maybe haven't had enough syns or my he a & b's everyday and it does all effect the food synergy and your weight loss. Also take all your measurements as some weeks the scales may not make you happy but your inch loss might. Hope this helps :)
