Extra Easy: From Flabby to Abi

Exercise doesn't always fit in but you can count walking and such can't you so it's all good. I've work tonight and I work at McDonald's as a Customer Care Assistant on lobby. At around 7pm, the lobby will be shut down and I'll get my body magic by sweeping, mopping and wiping all the surfaces down. I usually end up sweating.

5th day so far... only had a small piece of honeycomb chocolate yesterday (honeycomb covered in chocolate) as like a small treat and surprisingly, it satisfied me.

Have a good day xx

Hi Abisaurus,
Your amazing weight loss is an inspiration tome. I would love to see your food diary, unfortunately I am new on here and I don't seem to have access to any links yet which is frustrating!
I have managed to lose 1 stone in 2 months on SW but still have a long way to go. I would like to lose 5-6 stone in total and it is so inspiring to see people have achieved this on SW.
I love the Extra Easy plan and could do this forever, but I don't seem to get the weightless others are able to get. I would love to know any tips on how to balance this right.

Kind Regards,
Lella_77

I suppose I do get quite a lot of exercise running around after the kids- I do enjoy getting to the gym (mostly because its some 'me' time) its just always the first thing to go when things get busy. I need to get my butt into gear for doing the great north run later in the year.

You're doing really well getting back onto plan :) Today is my first proper full day I think. Feeling good about it so far :)

Hi Lella_77

Thank you very much :)

I have some food diary posts in this thread amongst all of the other whinging and baby talk on here haha. 1 stone in 2 months is brilliant. If I was told I would lost 7 stone in a year when I walked though the door I would've never went back- it sounds ridiculous! I focused on small goals, my first stone, club 10, 2 stone and so on.
I do extra easy all the time- honestly I have never even looked at the other plans but it seems like more work. I have such a hectic life and sometimes I dont know what the plans are going to be day-to-day so I just keep my fridge and cupboards stocked so I can whip something up as and when I need/fancy it.

To strike a balance I suppose it depends what you like to eat, when you like to eat or what suits your schedule. I find I need to have a lot of things to be able to snack on if I need to- I always head straight for the superfree too- fruit is the best for me. I also like to cook when I can- I couldnt live if every meal was a salad, yeah on the side of a great big slab of SW mac n cheese but not JUST a salad. I think what you drink can make a huge impact- I make sure I drink plenty of water or cordial and cut right back on diet pop and coffee- I know they're free and allowed on plan but it has made a difference to me personally.
I also use my syns -chocolate cheese, crisps and wine- I couldnt deprive myself of them!

If I ever feel like I need a boost in my weightloss I add a few days Success Express to my week. But you're early in your journey and as long as you're losing that is FAB I know its frustrating when you would like to see a HUGE loss every week but slow and steady is a really healthy way to do it and adding in some exercise to help tone.

Decided to actually post my food for the day since Im back on it!

Hi Abi,

I know you sent me a reply, I read it late last night and wanted to reply to you today, but can't for the life of me find your message on this site (am new to this and still bumbling my way around!) But I just wanted to say say thanks so much for your message and for your words of encouragement! I am ALL OVER EE now and hopefully one day I will get to achieve stunning weight loss results too.

:)xxx Lella_77

How many kids do you have or do you work with them? My work keeps me exercised but to tone up I do EA Active 2. I am trying to complete the 30 day part of it, but it's very (you must do 4 exercises a week) and they don't always fit in.

I have 2 kids- Little Legs Charlie has just turned 3 and BabyGirl Daisy will be 2 at the end of May! She definitely keeps me on my toes. LittleLegs is more like me, he likes to chill out under a duvet and watch a movie or read a book. I do enjoy going to the gym just recently with one thing and another it just hasnt happened.

Haha thanks Lisa- my look only went downhill the rest of the day. I ended up with muesli, rice and mini cheddars being brushed through my hair. Thanks for that BabyGirl!! it was fun playing though.

Food today was pretty darn good
B- overnight oats (hexB)with loads of berries and grapes, hot chocolate- 2 syns
L- Speed Soup
D- Speed Soup, SW chips and roasted beetroot.

Snacks- sliced ham, fruit, couple of hula hoops, cheese- hex A. I know it doesnt look like Ive eaten a lot but Ive been full ALL day and not felt the need to pick or have extra :) now lying in bed Im craving boiled eggs though. wtf is THAT all about?!?!

Hope everyone has had a good day :)

Thanks Abi,

Your 2 little ones sound like they keep you busy! Cute names! I don't have kids myself but have 4 nieces and nephews who I love to bits- soon there will be 5! A little girl on the way!

Had a really good 2 days, have counted everything. Started a food diary thread on here today. Will share photos of my meals once I am allowed to post pics.
Dreaming of boiled eggs in bed?.... Crikey!!! Is that what happens?!!

Good to see your food diary today. I seem to be eating a lot more than you though!- I keep thinking this can't surely be right! I guess the scales will tell.

Do you know how I add a link to my food diary thread? Would love to know your comments.

Enjoy the midnight eggs my lovely! xxx:)xxxx

Ha tell me about the odd food cravings, I woke up at about 3 this morning wanting a bacon and peanut butter sandwich - no idea why as I've never had one and it doesn't sound particularly nice!!
