EXTRA EASY HELP...AND DINNERS

Can sombody just confirm for me the idea of the extra easy. I just want to check that im doing right.

An any ideas for nice meals without the rubbish recipes that mostly consist of creme fresh..... I dont know if these recipes are supposed to taste like this but there not nice. And meals with low syns as possible. As i like to save mine for nightly chocolate fix
