Hi ya
please can someone tell me if i am doing this right as i dont go to a class yet!
if i have a extra easy day ican have for breakfast sacambled eggs and bacon (no Fat)
lunch ham sw bread from b choice
tea sausage morrisons free ones mash and beans, with just milk for my brew's as a A choice.

Yeah that's right.

Try to have more superfree (things that are free on both; fruit, veg, fat free yogurt, etc) foods too though to really boost your weight loss.

ok thanks i've got yogurts and stuff will have it as a pudding, and i could have veg with my sausage and mash and have gravy as a syn.

I use a stock cube (or bovril or marmite) to make my 'gravy', it is a bit runnier than normal but when poured over mash you can't tell the difference anyway.

good idea i could mix a bit of smash with it to make it thicker, i dont like that stuff but its ok for making soups thick it might work, thanks
