    Hi
    Please could anyone explain EE for me I am used to red n green but I don't understand EE cos from wot I have seen u r mixing red n green! N I don't see how u can loose weight doin this! Might be me being thick guys sorry.
    And can u do an EE day then a R or G day after?
    Any EE menus wud be helpful.

    If its free on red its free on EE
    If its free on green its free on EE
    One third superfree foods on your plate at every meal (non-starchy veg and fruit)
    5-15 syns a day
    1 HEA and 1 HEB
    Try and choose superfree foods for snacks

    It works because the superfree foods mean you naturally limit the amount of free food you eat and so you do not overindulge ;)

    Just healthy eating really!

    And yes you are allowed to go between the plans from day to day :)
