Extra Easy - how does it work ?

I think the thing with EE is that it allows you to mix things up a little and have syn free meals. The book says the three steps for Extra Easy are 1, choose free foods. Main food/meals should be made from free foods. 2, Choose 2 healthy extras from either A or B choices. 3, Enjoy 5-15 syns a day.

The key to making EE work is making sure 1/3 of your plate is super free food.
