Extra Easy - how does it work ?

Hey, Im coming back to SW and was wondering if Extra Easy was basically everything thats free on red & green, plus 1 HEA & 1HEB ?
Also, are you allowed any syns ?

I think the thing with EE is that it allows you to mix things up a little and have syn free meals. The book says the three steps for Extra Easy are 1, choose free foods. Main food/meals should be made from free foods. 2, Choose 2 healthy extras from either A or B choices. 3, Enjoy 5-15 syns a day.

The key to making EE work is making sure 1/3 of your plate is super free food.

I tried an EE day today. Its all still kind of new to me. Can someone check my food diary and let me know if I got it right or not please! Ta x
