I just love love love the idea of putting your stir fry in the tin foil packs, genius! LOL! Iswear I saw on the SW website that wagamama broth soups were all free except for a couple which were pretty low syns. I actually read this myself on SW online so I don't know how they've now decided they're super high in syns! I'll dig through my diary for my post talking about this. Be right back!

I KNEW i had seen it in your diary Honey. The seafood Ramen wasn't it? There is no way they could be high! A watery broth, veg and seafood or meet! The noodles are packed in a little oil but thats about it surely :/

I got my new manual scales and weighed myself (and half my family) about 10 times on a wooden floor to make sure they're reliable and accurate. They passed and guess what !? I weighed in at 10st!!! I'm still not very trusting that this is completely accurate but who cares right? 10 frickin stone!

I sill can't help but be a little paranoid that every set of scales I step on are completely wrong and I'm actually half a stone heavier... but I should probably get over that right? (that's probably why I've returned the last 2 sets!)

That must have felt absolutely amazing! Trust it hun, you've earned it :D

Christmas wrapping done! Just 2 more to wrap and 1 more to buy and it's all done. I've been so organised this year! But I've managed to spend a bloomin' fortune!

Wow, that is some impressive wrapping.

What did you get for OH? I wish I had all of my presents bought. Have also spent a fortune!

Going back to work at the bar I worked at last year tonight for a couple of weeks to get a bit of extra cash before xmas. Lots of body magic too as I'll be on my feet running up and downstairs mainly!

Food Diary...

Breakfast - banana, mixed berries, 0% Greek, 1 tsp sweet freedom (0.5 syn)

Lunch - wholemeal roll (HEXb), egg mayo (0.5 syns), el flora (0.5 syns), salad leaves, m&s popcorn (4 syns), chocolate hobnob (4.5 syns!!!)

Dinner - carbonara (red onion, courgette) (20g parmesan = HEXa)

Snack - 1 celebration (2 syns)

Total syns = 12

Good luck on going back to work in the bar and the body magic is a great bonus :D

Thanks guys. All went well! Not much has changed so I fell straight back into it and it's a really nice place to work.

I've been having concerns lately about finding work in Manchester. I really don't want to have to do bar or temp work (although I will if I need to) but I want a serious proper grown up job that I can make a commitment to. I'm really worried that my CV is too varied and I look unreliable as my longest job since graduating was 1 and a half years and everything since has been temping and a 6 month stint in marketing. I'm really interested in getting into education administration and there is an open university course that the EA Union recommends which I'm tempted to do...? But in the meantime I need to work and would much prefer to learn on the job. Argh I can't wait to be in a job and stop all of this worrying! I need to do more research into this course. I suppose at least if I'm doing it I'll be taken more seriously when applying for education roles as there is absolutely nothing in my work history that would make you think I was interested in this kind of role (apart from general admin).

Anyway I should go to bed. Night x

The scales said 9st 10lbs this morning!?! What the what? I might pop into boots before work and see what their machine says.

The scales at boots said 10st 2lbs but that was with clothes and my boots on and after i'd eaten so 10st is probably accurate for when I normally weigh. It sounds weird but I honestly don't want to lose anymore weight. I'm thinking that I might follow the principles of the plan but not count syns and not write up my food diary. I'll still post my meal pics and recipes and be around on others diaries but just not note down everything I eat.

Wow 10st!!! That's amazing! I think I may copy your menus for my re-start in Jan! Very inspirational! x

Thanks hun. I think December is the absolute worst time to be trying to lose weight. I think your plan to maintain and start fresh in Jan is a good one. Best of luck with it x

Lots of little bits - no big pressie as he hasn't really asked for much. He's so difficult to buy for as if he wants something he'll buy it, or he'll want some ridiculously expensive gadget! I've done all my shopping and wrapping now apart from a gift for the in-laws - i'm really struggling for ideas.

Here's my Boots weight machine slip from yesterday. My body fat % could be better but overall I'm pretty pleased with that!

What about a restaurant voucher?

I got chills looking at that. I'm 5"7 so I hope that some day soon, within the next 6 months, I too will have a receipt that displays a similar weight and BMI.

VERY inspirational.

Thanks hun. You're doing so well so I'm sure you'll get there in no time! It took me almost a year to get to this point (although admittedly I did take a four month break from SW whilst we were travelling) and I honestly never thought I would even get to my original target of 10st7lbs so to be 10st is actually bizarre! It was even weirder when the scales tipped slightly below 10st! I have to pinch myself sometimes haha.

What about a restaurant voucher?

Thanks hun. My brother actually suggested the exact same thing, but they go out for dinner practically weekly so it isn't a special thing for them. Any more ideas are more than welcome! :)

I know this is ridiculously vain and I apologise in advance but I have never in my life had a flat stomach! I love SW!

Thanks suzyflo.

We had pork gyros for dinner last night and I used a warburtons brown squarish as a maintainers HEXb tweak. It was very yummy.

And tonight I'm trying out Pete's Peanut Curry. It looks and smells good so I'll let you know the verdict once I've tried it. It's an early dinner today as I'm working tonight.

It was good and I'd probably make it again but I wouldn't use a whole chilli next time - far too hot so it overpowered the flavour.
