I'm in so much pain today from the gym! I can't believe how unfit I've become. I'm really determined to try to keep this up.

Food Diary...

​Breakfast - 1 tesco light choice cumberland sausage (1 syn), 2 bacon medallions, baked beans, mushrooms, fried egg, 1 slice sm wholemeal bread (1/2 HEXb)

Lunch - 2 ryvitas (1/2 HEXb), 5g philadelphia light (HEXa), beetroot, ham

Dinner - sirloin steak w/ tesco maris piper mash w/ spring onions (2 syns), broccoli, leeks, mushrooms, red onions, homemade peppercorn sauce (HEXa)

Snacks - 2 rich tea fingers (2 syns), tesco slight bite corners (5 syns), 1 tesco light choice cumberland sausage (1 syn), 1 tsp ketchup (0.5 syns), double dip (3 syns)

2 tea w/ skimmed milk (HEXa)
water
herbal tea

Total syns = 14.5

That steak looks amazing! Best of luck with the Bootea, I'd heard similar stories about the number of trips to the bathroom!

Snacks - kiwi, clementine, apple, hershey's krackel (2 syns), double lolly (2 syns)

I started my bootea detox yesterday and barely felt the results today (if you know what I mean). Had a bit of a tummy ache this morning and didn't have the "clean" and "empty" feeling my colleague had (sorry to be graphic haha!)

College again tonight so rubbish tea tonight.

Everyone's digestive system is different so you may start feeling the effects today. Lunch sounds lovely!
 
So I’ve not been very angelic over the last few days in terms of my syns. All of my meals have been on plan and I’m staying off the booze so it’s just the snacking that’s the problem. I’ve probably gone over by about 10 each day and we’re out for a curry tonight too. I’ll try to get back on it again tomorrow but I am missing wine SO much. Problem is my best friend and hubby are both doing dry January too so there’s not even anyone to have a glass (ok bottle) with!

In other news I’ve lost 1lb this week which is great. The OH let me weigh him today and he’s lost 5lbs since Saturday. He started it last Monday so overall it’s likely more than that. He’s being so good with it and is determined to get through the month booze free. He’s looking to lose 2 stone so hopefully at this rate it should only take a few more months if he keeps off the booze during the week and makes healthy choices when we go out for dinner.

Still at it and been gyming it 3 times a week just haven't been updating here. I have fallen off the dry january wagon though

Dinner - homemade nando's chicken w/ SW chips, corn on the cob (5 syns for skin and sauces)

Snacks - babybel light (HEXa), 3 mint truffle kisses (3.5 syns), 1 piece lindt salted caramel (2.5 syns), half a lindor (2 syns), toffee crisp biscuit (5 syns)

Total syns = 17.5

Lunch - leftover roast chicken, onion, mushrooms, peas in mayflower curry sauce (4 syns), egg fried rice and broccoli

Dinner (at college) - sainsburys tinned spicy tomato pasta w/ 1 babybel light (HEXa)

Snacks - flying saucers (3.5 syns), apple, nectarine, 4 percy pigs (6 syns)

Total syns = 15.5

Just read your recipe blog- there are some fantastic ones on there- will definatley be getting the hubby to try a few!

I haven't been on for a while but still being good although not losing. I've been getting into a good routine of going to the gym and my fitness levels are back to how I was pre-wedding therefore my muscle build has given me a bit of a gain but it's better than fat I suppose!

So two months of gyming it has brought my body fat down by 0.3%! Not quite what I was hoping!!!
 
Oh no I was looking at last Augusts not Januarys! This is what I was in January... down 4% of fat! Yey!

The OH has gone to Cardiff tonight for his sisters leaving party as she's off to Australia for 9 months to go travelling. I wasn't feeling too well and also didn't want to drink so I've stayed home. There was talk of Burger King from his brother on the journey down so it definitely won't be a SW friendly evening for him! I advised he avoid fries and get a grilled chicken burger so we'll see how he's done!

Breakfast - 2 Nimble wholemeal (HEXb), 2 tsps flora extra light (2 syns), marmite

Lunch - Pasta w/ 50g Philadelphia light (HEXa), red onion, yellow pepper, courgette, spring onion, bacon (fat removed)

Dinner - Prawn noodle stirfry (spring onion, red onion, mangetout, carrot, water chestnuts,
babycorn) w/ soy sauce, 1 tsp honey (1 syn), 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syns)

Snack - 2 mini meringues (2 syns), frozen mixed berries, fat free natural yoghurt

Snack - Ryvita (1.5 syns), fat free fromage frais, smoked salmon, cucumber, grapes

3 tea w/ skimmed milk (HEXa)
Sparkling water

Total syns = 8

The OH had the same breakfast as me but with low sugar jam instead of marmite, and the same lunch. As for the rest of the day I haven't got a clue!

I always measure it out according to the recommended portion on the packet
 
Latest WI. Not much difference from last time. Aiming for a body fat percentage of 25%
