Hi there, have decided to give Slimming World a try as I couldnt be bothered with all the points counting in WW and some people have said that SW is much easier? I got all the SW books off ebay and have read some reports of the diet online but I don't understand the Extra Easy Plan - is this to do with portion control? Would really appreciate some help - have a wedding to go to in April (first goal) and then our holiday is in Sept when I hope to have reached my target lol!
